Vistra to buy Deutsche Bank’s corporate services business

Vistra, which is owned by Baring Private Equity Asia, has agreed to acquire the corporate services business of Deutsche Bank's global transaction banking division, PE Hub reported. The acquired business provides management and administration of SPVs and asset holding companies to banks, non-bank financial institutions and corporates. Financial terms of the deal were not announced. Vistra is a global corporate services provider.
